...Two weeks later...



Remove jar from cool, dry place

Using a colander or cheesecloth, strain the juice from the pulp.


Store these separately in the refrigerator. The juice can be taken as a shot or added to olive oil for a great salad dressing.

The pulp can be used as salsa or added to foods like rice or beans.

Mmmm. Both will help boost the immune system and ease digestion.

Go easy at first. These can be strong!
